The new session of Dye Secrets begins March 18th, 2018. To enroll, please go to Redding Method. This will be the only session of Dye Secrets for 2018 so if you’ve been waiting, now is the time. It’s the first in the 3 part series towards Master Dyer and Certified Redding Method Teacher. If you’ve enrolled in the class, you can purchase a Namaste Farms Dye Kit at Prochem Dye company. I use two different dye companies, but the majority come from Prochem and we’ll talk about this during class. Students have also asked for me to provide a materials kit with fleece and fiber. This is perfect for the first series because there’s a great cross section of fibers that will teach you so much while you dye a long with me. Also, I know how these specific fleeces uptake dye and can easily tell you what to expect. Included in the Namaste Farms Dye Secrets kit: 4 ounce Teeswater, 4 ounces English Leicester, 4 ounces Corriedale, 4 ounces Rambouillet, 4 ounces Irish Blackface, 4 ounces merino/silk sliver, 4 ounces ultra fine merino top and 50 gms of silk filament. The cost of the kit is 90.00 with additional shipping within the US. If you live outside the US, shipping will be actual cost and billed separately.
