Hello everyone, this is a huge leap for me and challenged my aesthetic. I dyed a scrapbox with all shades of deep green and shades of deep blues. For this scrapbox, Julianne Siddoway (Dirt Patch Heaven) and I are collaborating on a live public feed where people can watch us via Youtube live. Julianne is known for making amazing yarns that are often high end traditional yarns that she knits into amazingly luxurious sweaters. She is also appreciative of art yarns because she truly appreciates the beauty of fibers which haven’t been destroyed in commercial processing or over handled in the hand combing or hand carding processes. At Julianne’s request, I dyed this Scrapbox in colors I rarely use that are a huge favorite of most everyone. This box could easily be used to create something masculine or, you can use the more typically Namaste Farms bright add ins to create something that crosses over. Included in this scrapbox are Bluefaced Leicester, English Leicester, silk, lots of MOHAIR, Angelina, silk ribbon, rayon ribbon, Angelina and threads and weighs just over 5 ounces in the bag.
