I am so excited to present, “Orchid,” our fourth Scrapbox in the Artist series with Christiane Knight. Christiane is the brainchild of Three Ravens Fiber Studio and a tremendous talent. Seriously, when I went to Three Ravens Fiber Studio to check out her wares, I was amazed and stupefied at the beauty and professionalism presented. Christiane chose the colorway, Orchid, which was inspired by a variety of Orchid images. I dyed a combination of mohair, Corriedale, Cormo, mohair, silk sliver, Polwarth/Silk roving and Teeswater to reflect not only the petals but the stems and leaves of a yellow, white and pink Orchid. You’ll also receive Angelina, silk ribbon, threads, yarns and an assortment of add ins.
